- Plan, develop, coordinate, implement and supervise the daily and emergency maintenance and repair programs for a Level III Institution.
- Develop maintenance plans and procedures for buildings, utility services, grounds, installed equipment, etc.

An associate's degree and professional experience directly related to the area of employment.
SCDCMinimum Requirements
- A high school diploma and 5 years professional experience related to the area of employment, one of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
- Thorough knowledge of trades being supervised.
Prefer professional experience in the principles and technique of facilities maintenance, to include plumbing, general construction, electrical, kitchen equipment, and operation of heavy equipment.
