Core Duties

• Execute MIG and flux core welding procedures across a range of components and materials.
• Analyze and translate technical specifications, blueprints, and drawings.
• Guarantee that all welding work aligns with project needs and AWS benchmarks.
• Perform thorough evaluations of finished welds to support quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping the workspace tidy.
• Work alongside colleagues to ensure production targets and project timelines are achieved.
• Provide support in identifying and fixing technical welding complications.
• Engage in continuous professional development to refine your technical welding abilities.

Requirements

• Possession of AWS certification for both flux core and MIG welding.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MIG welding stainless steel materials.
• Prior experience in a professional MIG welding capacity, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures, welding tools, and various techniques.
• Capability to interpret complex technical blueprints and documentation.
• Help ensure the highest standards of excellence by applying a sharp eye for detail to every project.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to function effectively both solo and within a group.
• Physical endurance sufficient to handle and lift heavy materials when required.
• Completion of high school or a GED; supplementary welding credentials are highly valued.
