American Avenue Property Management is seeking a Residential Handyperson/Maintenance Technician (Property Engineer) to inspect, repair, and maintain affordable single-family homes across metro areas. You will perform carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks, conduct inspections, and turn properties for new tenants with proactive communication and service.
You must own tools and a vehicle, have a valid driver's license, and be comfortable using handheld devices for work orders.
