C.R. Jackson is hiring an experienced Asphalt Screed Operator to join our paving crew. This position is essential to achieving smooth, high-quality riding surfaces and meeting our high standards for craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do- Operate and control the screed on the asphalt paver
- Set and maintain proper depth, width, and slope
- Monitor mat quality and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate constantly with the Paver Operator and crew
- Maintain equipment and perform daily safety checks
- Uphold C.R. Jackson’s standards for quality and safety
- Proven experience as a Screed Operator
- Strong understanding of grade control and asphalt placement
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
