Water Mitigation & Fire Restoration Lead Technician

Take the lead on restoration projects that make a difference. Rytech Restoration is seeking an experienced restoration professional to lead water mitigation and fire restoration projects. This Water Mitigation & Fire Restoration Lead Technician position is ideal for a WRT-certified technician who can manage field operations, maintain job quality, and help take ownership of mitigation projects.

• $20-$25/hour, BOE (based on experience) and overtime work

• Lead and manage water fire cleanup, mold remediation, and water mitigation projects
• Inspect affected properties and identify the scope/source of damage
• Maintain documentation including photos, notes, and moisture readings
• Perform demolition, extraction, and structural drying activities
• Set up and monitor restoration drying equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers
• Maintain job quality standards
• Support team members

• WRT Certification required
• Minimum two years of water and fire restoration experience
• Ability to work independently and lead projects
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• A clean driving record
• Availability for on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays
