Duration: 3 month contract with option to extend or hire

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5pm

Education/Experience

Required:

High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance.
• Group of 6 mobile techs, they will meet every morning and be dispatched to a variety of clients.
• This role is very fluid, and candidates need to be able to adapt to different expectations every day.
• They also need to be able to work well with a team.

Qualifications:

• Top Must have
  
  Skills:
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Experience with HVAC
• Experience working within a team structure
• Needs to be flexible
• Certifications/Licenses:
• CFC Certification preferred
• Systems/Software proficiencies:
• Basic Microsoft Office Outlook Skills
• Top Nice to have
  
  Skills:
• Electrical experience
• Experience with PM Schedules
• QHSE or Safety Certifications
