Location: Little River
Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking dependable Maintenance Technician II to handle work orders, assist with preventative maintenance, and support day-to-day upkeep across the community. This role requires HVAC certification and a working knowledge of routine repairs.
You will diagnose and repair issues, ensure service requests meet Hawthorne standards, and prepare units for the next move-in while assisting with pool maintenance and preventive tasks.
