Full-Time, Hourly Position

Up to 95%

Hourly Range $35.00-$40.00 Per hour.

• Identification and verification of utilities for disconnect. These utilities will include electricity, domestic water, steam, natural gas, storm sewer and sanitary sewer
• Disconnect & connect electrical power supply wiring and conduit for welders, motor control centers, conveyors, air handlers, mixers, presses, hydraulic components, kilns, etc.
• Perform control panel disassembly & assembly, wiring and connections
• Perform troubleshooting on electrical wiring and components, water, steam, natural gas, and sewer systems
• Complete testing and quality inspections using multimeters and other equipment.
• Study blueprints, schematics, manuals, or other specifications to determine disconnect & connection utility procedures
• Ability to work productively in personal protective equipment throughout work shift, in all weather conditions
• Agility, bodily coordination & dexterity of hands and feet
• Agility to walk and work on uneven surfaces
• Ensure the quality and timely completion of work scheduled by the supervisor
• Agility to access and repair components on heavy equipment
• Agility to climb onto, into and out of equipment using ladder
• Ability to climb, kneel, stoop, bend, lift, push/pull and/or reach frequently

Candidates must have a HS Diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years experience. Completion of Apprenticeship or electrical trade school education.
3 years of industrial electrician experience in troubleshooting and disconnecting electrical control equipment.
