Location: West Union
Manpower - - Responsibilities:
Diagnose, service, and repair refrigerant-based HVAC equipment, including chillers , DX units, heat pumps, and rooftop units.;
Troubleshoot HVAC electrical systems, low-voltage controls, sensors, and automation devices.;
Perform preventive maintenance, refrigerant recovery, leak detection, and compressor repairs in compliance with EPA standards.;
Monitor and optimize HVAC system performance to support reliability and energy efficiency.;
Complete a variety of facility maintenance work orders and support commissioning and startup activities.
