, and grow with one of the most respected names in multifamily housing. We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician preferably with EPA and CPO certifications who takes pride in quality work and dependable service.

- Maintain pool and amenities (CPO required)

- Track supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- HVAC experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Own basic tools and have reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors and walk the property regularly
- Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
