• Expertly install high-end custom and semi-custom cabinets in kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and other spaces.
• Ensure precise measurements, proper leveling, and secure installation of cabinetry components.
• Work with various cabinetry materials, including wood, laminate, and veneer.
• Read and interpret blueprints, design plans, and technical specifications.
• Modify and trim cabinets as needed for a perfect fit.
• Work efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
• Handle tools and machinery safely and properly.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and homeowners to meet project expectations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise.
• Adhere to project timelines and deadlines.

• Professionalism and reliability are a must.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-end cabinet installation.
• Proven expertise in installing high-quality, custom cabinetry.
• Own reliable transportation, including the ability to transport tools and materials.
• Possess all necessary tools required for cabinet installation.
• Valid business insurance.
• A crew with at least 2-3 experienced installers preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cabinetry hardware installation (e.g., hinges, drawer slides, handles, etc.).
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various site conditions.
