Job Duties:- The CSS Customer Support Specialist performs general administrative duties for the Employment Services Unit in the Child Support Services Division.
- Keys new hire data into State Directory of New Hires.
- Performs customer service duties as liaison for the State Disbursement Unit.
- Troubleshoots user issues for New Hire Reporting Program.
- Other related duties as required.
- Performs Red Cross Shelter duty or other emergency shelter duty/service as directed.
A High School Diploma and (1) year experience in computer system development and modification or support.
