Position Summary:We are seeking a Resident Services Coordinator responsible for assessing the needs of residents, developing programs, providing resource information, and connecting low‑income residents living in affordable housing developments to vital services. This role involves collaboration with property operations staff and external partners to ensure residents receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct resident needs assessments and organize community meetings.
- Survey residents to identify service needs and priorities.
- Link residents with appropriate services, helping to overcome access barriers.
- Establish partnerships with organizations in the community that support our residents.
- Implement programs in partnership with community service providers.
- Collect data and submit reports for program evaluation.
- Associate degree or actively pursuing a degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience in social services or social work settings.
- Experience working with children, youth, and families.
- Strong advocacy, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to develop partnerships with community groups and institutions.
- Knowledge of Reasonable Accommodations/504s/ADA.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
