Job Coach I​/Project Search; PT per​/wk., per​/hr REPOST Greenville

Job Responsibilities

• Provide job development, placement assistance, and supported employment services for transition consumers for Project Search.
• Work up to 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Hourly rate: $22.85.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a high school diploma with experience in career counseling or related case management as substitution.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to travel during the day to assist consumers while at work.
• Ability to work in various environments and on a flexible schedule to meet consumer needs.
• Knowledge and skill in conducting needs assessments.
• Knowledge of fact‑gathering methods and interviewing techniques.
• Knowledge of community resources.
• Knowledge of principles of behavior adjustment techniques.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, families, and others.

Before any job offer is extended, the selected candidate must obtain their official 10‑year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles.
