The SC Department of Children's Advocacy is seeking an IIU Intake Specialist (Program Coordinator I) to manage intake of complaints about services to children across state agencies, ensuring timely, safe and effective services and safeguarding confidentiality.
Under direct supervision, the Intake Specialist will receive phone and electronic submissions, document in the Agency’s database, monitor complaints and referrals, and coordinate with investigators to determine referrals.
