Our Lady of Hartley School is seeking a Family Liaison Officer to provide advice and support for parents, carers and families, helping them access services and support for children’s wellbeing.
You will work closely with school staff and external agencies to link families with community resources, signpost to counselling, parenting programmes and health services, and assist with social and emotional wellbeing.
