Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Senior Application Developer to supporta team within a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting complex enterprise applications while providing technical leadership in an Agile, customer-focused environment.
What You’ll Do- Design, develop, test, and implement complex enterprise applications
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to developers and analysts
- Act as an internal consultant on application architecture, integration, and long-term IT strategy
- Lead or support large, complex projects across the full systems development lifecycle
- Ensure solutions align with business needs, IT standards, and architectural guidelines
- Support production issues, perform debugging, and maintain application documentation
- Application development or systems testing experience
- Advanced expertise in Java-based application development
- Strong experience with Spring MVC, Hibernate, Spring Data JPA
- REST and SOAP web services
- Git/Git Hub
- Deep understanding of system integration, application architecture, and SDLC
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
