SAAS Web Developer – Full‑Time position in the SAAS Information Technology department.
Key responsibilities include coding, troubleshooting, server management, and collaborating with clients to deliver web solutions.
Duties- Developing and maintaining code on web servers and application servers that service Student Affairs and Academic Services (SAAS).
- Supporting the deployment process of completed projects, ensuring smooth transition from development to production.
- Using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front‑end technologies to develop and enhance applications within the Student Affairs domain.
- Networking knowledge, comfort with command line interfaces, Office 365 application experience.
- Curiosity for finding unique solutions.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively with information architects, back‑end developers, and cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated understanding of user‑centered design, clean design aesthetic, and passion for creating great user experiences.
- Working knowledge of web technologies, languages, and best practices.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and independent self‑direction coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability to work as a team player, demonstrate personal initiative and assist colleagues.
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
- Experience with front‑end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Experience maintaining existing code and managing servers that provide services to departments and units.
- Full‑time pay with a 37.5‑hour work week.
