We are seeking a dedicated professional to work primarily remotely, with occasional onsite requirements, to support our Retirement Claims and Financial Services systems. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the potential for extension, offering a chance to collaborate with an experienced team and make a significant impact.

As a Senior Programmer, you will:

• Provide application development and programming support using Natural in an ADABAS environment.
• Collaborate with business units and IT analysts to implement business requirements.
• Enhance systems related to Retirement Claims and Financial Services.
• Participate in all phases of the development life cycle.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff.

• 6 years of hands-on experience with Natural programming and ADABAS databases.
• Experience in the Natural
  
  ONE/Eclipse environment.
• Solid knowledge of payroll, accounting, or financial systems.
• Experience with production support and troubleshooting application issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• Familiarity with JCL, batch, and online processing.
• Experience writing or maintaining technical documentation.
• Understanding of software version control and development best practices.
• Exposure to integration of legacy systems with modern platforms.
