We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our Logical Integrations Center of Enablement (COE). This role is ideal for early-career engineers passionate about building scalable, event-driven integrations using modern cloud-native technologies on Microsoft Azure. You will collaborate with architects and senior engineers to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable integration solutions across enterprise systems. The position is open for Richmond & Cayce office locations.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM)
- Build event-driven solutions leveraging Azure Service Bus and Azure Event Grid
- Develop serverless integrations using Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops (ADO) Pipelines
- Assist in integrating cloud and on-prem applications using modern integration patterns
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment automation
- Troubleshoot and support integration solutions across environments
- Document integration flows, APIs, and design standards
Knowledge
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer or integration engineer
- Experience building RESTful APIs and backend services
- Understanding of event-driven and asynchronous programming
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure services, including:
Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps - Working knowledge of ADO CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, Python, or JavaScript)
- Experience with Git/source control
- Familiarity with integration best practices (retry patterns, idempotency, error handling)
