Sr. Developer

Position Overview

Senior Back-End Developer on a full‑time, in‑studio software development team. Only U.S. candidates with 5 or more years of experience are eligible.

• Become familiar with the codebase, technology stack, development and deployment process, and project management practices.
• Integrate into the development team and understand the weekly workflow.
• Get to know our clients and how they use our products.
• Develop next‑generation versions of the CMS, LMS, HR software tools, and other YCP resellable software services.
• Improve current stable releases of existing SaaS platforms.
• Support customers of the platforms via chat, phone, and e‑mail.
• Provide quality assurance and code coverage checks.
• Collaborate with the front‑end development team to build custom components for larger client websites.
• Work with third‑party systems and APIs to integrate with our products.
• Provide server‑level assistance for upgrades, installations, and maintenance.

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in C#.NET.
• Experience with software design and OOD methodologies.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with ORM frameworks.
• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience with web services development (SOAP, REST).
• Strong knowledge of OOP, MVC, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
