SCOPE OF THE PROJECTThis contract position is needed for ongoing development and support for the early care and education systems. System assignments will include maintaining and updating the SC DSS child and adult care food (CACFP) program and will serve as a member of the team. This position may be assigned to additional system development projects as needed to support the agency and the early care education program.
PositionDescription – Systems Software Programmer – Project Lead
Candidate should be expert coder in both visual interfaces and web services construction. In addition, they should be expert in the most effective and efficient product development using Microsoft Visual Studio 2017/19, C#, MVC 3 or higher, jQuery, .NET, MS SQL 2016 (or higher, with knowledge of Always Encrypted processes), 2014 enterprise server and TFS (Team Foundation Server), Web API, and WCF services.
This includes code development, unit testing, source code management, build management, integration testing, and deployment. This position will need to have in-depth knowledge of Typescript and Angular 9 & 11, since this will be the primary programming language used.
This contract position is needed for ongoing development of external/internal facing portal, child and adult care food (CACFP) Apps & Claims Module; CACFP Compliance Module (internal facing only), to include elements for the Early Care and Education systems. System assignments will include migrating the existing Apps & Claims Module (client facing and internal facing) to upgrade the code maintenance of this portal.
This position may be assigned to additional system development projects as needed to support the Agency and the Early Care and Education program.
