We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer to join a collaborative team focused on modern technology, innovation, and enterprise application development.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions using both canvas and model-driven apps
• Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, APIs, and security roles
• Develop complex automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate
• Create custom connectors and integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services and enterprise applications
• Support troubleshooting across development, test, and production environments
• Partner with product owners, business analysts, architects, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Apply best practices for solution architecture, governance, data modeling, ALM, security, and deployment
• Maintain technical documentation and support monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Power Apps development
  , including model-driven and canvas apps
• 5+ years of Dataverse development
  , including advanced data modeling and security architecture
• Strong experience with Power Automate
  , complex workflows, and integrations
• Experience with custom connectors, APIs, and Azure integrations
• Strong understanding of Power Platform environments, ALM, solution management, Dev Ops, and deployment pipelines
• Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certification OR 5+ years of equivalent hands-on experience
• College degree or equivalent experience

• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management
• Dynamics 365 CE and extended Dataverse capabilities
• Enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks, such as HIPAA, NIST, or PCI
• Power BI reporting integrations
• Power Platform and Azure AD security architecture
• Certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, or AZ-900
