Location: Columbia

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, and security roles.
Develop and manage automated workflows using Power Automate.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and data sources, including Azure services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
Work closely with business partners to translate requirements into functional solutions.
Implement best practices around:
Governance
Data modeling
Configuration
Workflows
Operational support
Assist in building monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance controls in alignment with enterprise policies.

Responsibilities Daily Duties / Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
Build and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, and security roles.
Develop and manage automated workflows using Power Automate.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and data sources, including Azure services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
Work closely with business partners to translate requirements into functional solutions.
Implement best practices around:

Assist in building monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance controls in alignment with enterprise policies.

Required Skills

5+ years of hands‑on Power Apps Development, including Model‑Driven and Canvas Apps.
5+ years of experience developing solutions using Dataverse, including advanced data modeling and security architecture.
Strong experience with Power Automate for developing complex workflows and integrations.
Experience creating and managing custom connectors, APIs, and integrations with Azure Services.
Solid understanding of:
- Power Platform environments
- ALM
- Solution management
- Dev Ops
- Deployment pipelines
Proficiency with:
- Java Script
- Power Fx
- Low‑code extensibility patterns

Preferred Skills

Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and extended Dataverse features.
Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks, including HIPAA, NIST, PCI, etc.
Knowledge of Power BI for reporting integrations.
Understanding of security architecture within Power Platform and Azure AD.

Required Education

College degree or equivalent experience.
Must hold a Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics Certification or have 5+ years of equivalent experience.
