We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dataverse & Power Apps Developer Consultant to design, develop, enhance, integrate, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform
.
The successful candidate will work closely with product owners, business analysts, architects, and technical teams. This is a highly hands-on development role focused on Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, enterprise integrations, data modeling, security, troubleshooting, and solution optimization
.

• 5+ years of hands-on Power Apps development
• Strong experience with both:
  • Model-driven Power Apps
  • Canvas Power Apps
• 5+ years of Dataverse development experience
• Advanced Dataverse data modeling and security architecture
• Strong experience developing complex workflows and integrations using Power Automate
• Experience creating and managing:
  • Custom connectors
  • APIs
  • Enterprise integrations
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure Services
• Strong understanding of:
  • Power Platform environments
  • Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • Solution management
  • Dev Ops
  • Deployment pipelines
• Proficiency with:
  • Java Script
  • Power Fx
  • Low-code extensibility patterns

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps solutions using canvas and model-driven applications.
• Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, APIs, and security roles.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications, data sources, and Azure services.
• Develop and manage custom connectors and API integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Apply best practices for solution architecture, governance, data modeling, and secure-by-design development.
• Support Power Platform ALM, solution management, Dev Ops practices, and deployment pipelines.
• Maintain technical documentation covering configurations, data models, custom connectors, workflows, and operational support.
• Assist with monitoring, auditing, logging, and compliance controls in accordance with enterprise policies.

• Experience with Azure Functions
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps
• Experience with Azure API Management
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• Experience with extended Dataverse features
• Experience with enterprise data governance and compliance frameworks, including:
  • HIPAA
  • NIST
  • PCI
• Knowledge of Power BI for reporting integrations
• Understanding of security architecture within the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AD
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Power Platform environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns

• Experience integrating enterprise technologies through APIs, SDKs, and web services
• Familiarity with structured data formats and authentication methods
• Experience developing or supporting:
  • Internal web applications
  • APIs
  • Dashboards
  • Databases
  • Command-line tools
  • Related software components
• Advanced Python or other development experience is beneficial where applicable to integrations and application components.

• College degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must hold a Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certification, or possess 5+ years of equivalent experience.
