Overview

The Warehouse & Delivery Specialist plays a critical role in our daily operations by supporting product delivery, warehouse management and customer service. This position is responsible for safely transporting bulk and packaged products, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring customers receive dependable, professional service. We are a family-owned and operated business that has proudly served Columbia, South Carolina and the surrounding markets for over 40 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate company vehicles (Chevy 2500/Ford F-250) with specialized trailers to deliver bulk DEF throughout the Midlands of South Carolina.
  • Deliver packaged lubricants and DEF products from company vehicles.
  • Stock inventory & maintain a clean area at customer locations.
  • Complete delivery tickets and obtain customer signatures.
  • Fill bulk DEF at internal stores and bulk plants for company fleet vehicles.
  • Maintain clean, organized and safe delivery equipment and vehicles.
  • Follow all company safety, DOT and operational procedures.
Warehouse Operations
  • Pick, stage and load customer orders for delivery.
  • Perform weekly cycle counts and assist with month-end inventory counts.
  • Assist in creating and managing warehouse inventory orders.
  • Receive incoming shipments and unload truck using a forklift.
  • Inspect deliveries for accuracy, damage and missing items.
  • Properly stock products in designated warehouse location and pallet racking.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Support inventory accuracy and loss prevention initiatives.
Equipment &

Physical Requirements
  • Operate company vehicles including Chevy 2500 trucks.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to manually move loads using proper equipment.
  • Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor environments.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable driving full-size pickup trucks and towing trailers.
  • Forklift experience preferable (training available if needed).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dependable, punctual and safety-focused.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing premier service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer and paperwork skill or completing delivery documentation.
