Job Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
To operate and maintain Tiger Transit shuttle vehicles transporting faculty, staff, students and visitors to campus. Other Duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:
- 80% - Essential
- Transport visitors, faculty, staff and students in handicap accessible van and cutaway buses - 10% - Essential
- Provides maintenance checks of vehicles - 5% - Essential
- Maintains records of passengers transported and miles driven with paper and electronic devices - 5% - Essential
- Serves as ambassador for Parking and Transportation Services in public relation initiatives
Education
- Experience in the operation or maintenance of heavy equipment, motorized vehicles or machinery that directly relates to area of employment
Licenses
- Drivers License Class D normal < 26,000
Education
- High School or Equivalent
