Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has great home time along with fantastic benefits. Training is provided if you lack cryogenic experience.

You don’t have to have cryogenic experience, but you must have your tanker and hazmat endorsements at time of application to qualify.

• First year pay ranges from $85k–$106k with drivers starting at $300.30/Day, increasing by $3/Day every six months to a cap of $324/Day. If you train new hires in cryogenics, you earn an additional $100/Day.
• Training is “shadow” training: you run your truck while your trainer runs theirs. Drivers are paid $125/Day and receive a $1,000 bonus at the end of training. Trucks are 579 Petes with automatic; no slip seating.
• Full benefits start after 60 days and include one week vacation in the first year, comprehensive medical, and 401(k) with matching.
• Drivers will run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to operate in all 48 states. Opting out of any region is not allowed.
• During a 7‑day break, the company pays for round‑trip flights if outside 200 miles. Drivers who are within 200 miles may drive home. Drivers can stay home fewer than 7 days and may stay out longer than 21 days, but maximum home time per stay is 7 days unless vacation is used.
• Applicants unwilling to fly will not be considered.
• Applicants with any felony convictions are ineligible.
• Applicants who have failed or refused a DOT drug test, regardless of SAP completion, are not eligible.

• At least one-year OTR or regional driving experience within the last three years.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker or cryogenic endorsement at time of application.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
