• Average weekly pay: $1,430
• Hourly pay: $26.00 per hour
• Sign‑on bonus: $1,250 at 30 days and $1,250 at 90 days
• Hotel and per diem provided for overnight trips
• Paid training included
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 2:30 AM – 3:30 AM start

• Deliver solo to surrounding areas in NC & GA; local and regional routes
• Operate day cab tractors with 48’ & 53’ reefer, flatbed, and tanker trailers
• Freight:
  No‑touch, some live unload; flatbed and reefer experience required
• Maintain accurate logs and records, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws
• Assist with loading/unloading freight when required by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Class-A CDL with verifiable endorsements
• Pass Ryder drug test, background, and motor‑vehicle check; DOT physical;
  Ryder road test
• 9 months of Class‑A tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, or 5 years in the last 10 years
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
