Delivery Driver

We are looking for a delivery driver to join our staff and serve America’s Best Pizzas!

As a driver, your primary responsibilities include transporting customer deliveries from the restaurant to their desired location, performing final checks on restaurant product before delivering items, and processing cash or card payments. Your ultimate goal is to deliver pizza and other food items on time at the requested location. You must safely transport food items without causing delivery delays and find locations efficiently using maps.

You will also need to be pleasant, as you represent our company, and be ready to solve and answer any problems that may arise.

• Confirming the orders from the clients before delivery
• Checking all the necessary food items required for delivery
• Delivering the food at the given location
• Collecting payments from the customers
• Returning the unpaid food items to the store
• Following the traffic rules and regulations
• Communicating with customers in a professional manner
• Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability
• Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions, and addressing concerns as they arise
• Receiving in‑the‑moment coaching & hands‑on training
• Assisting management with in‑store tasks & other daily store duties
• Bag, box, wrap, & distribute orders
• Cleaning, maintaining, & stocking the showroom & kitchen
• Participate in marketing & promotional activities (up‑selling, distributing coupons, menus, sampling, etc)

Having a valid driver’s license is mandatory for this job position.
