Jamie Tharpe Trucking: CDL-A Driver Position - Full Time
Pay: $1,450 to $1,650 per week
Home Time: Weekly with 34–48 hour reset
Freight: 100% no-touch dry van, 90% drop and hook

Drivers earn $1,450 to $1,650 per week while hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight, with 90% drop and hook. Routes run primarily East of I-35, with occasional runs outside the region based on customer needs.

To Qualify:3 to 6 months of tractor trailer experience in the last year or 1 year of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years is required. Drivers must have a valid CDL-A license and current medical card. Clearinghouse should be free of any violations, and 12 months of safe driving are required for a safety termination.
Job Duties for this CDL-A Driver Position:This OTR position runs primarily East of I-35 with occasional runs outside the region based on customer needs. Routes are planned to support consistent miles and weekly home time.
Onboarding Process for CDL-A Driver:- Hotel room and lunch provided before the first load
- $200 onboarding pay
Insurance includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with 401(k) and vacation pay. Drivers may have opportunities to become a mentor or change to a dedicated lane if one is available in their area.
Teams are welcome, including pre-made teams or drivers who need to be matched with a teammate.
