This role is about more than driving customers back and forth. You'll help create a smooth, stress-free service experience while making sure every customer feels welcomed and taken care of.

Opportunity to help launch North Shore CDJR from day oneHow You'll Make an Impact Safely transport service customers to and from the dealership, home, work, or other approved destinations.

Greet customers warmly and provide professional, courteous service.

Assist customers with entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle when needed.

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable shuttle vehicle.

Perform vehicle pick-up and delivery services as needed.

Assist with moving and parking customer vehicles safely around the dealership.

Help maintain an organized and welcoming Service Department.

Communicate customer needs or concerns to the appropriate Service Team member.

Follow all dealership safety procedures and traffic laws.

Represent The Hanania Way with professionalism, reliability, and a customer-first attitude.

What Sets You Apart Valid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record.

Previous professional driving, valet, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.

Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Dependable and punctual.

Comfortable interacting with customers of all backgrounds.

Able to safely operate dealership vehicles and shuttle vehicles.

Ability to work independently while remaining a strong team player.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
