Heavy Equipment Forklift Operator

Join a team-focused industrial operation where you'll safely move, store, and load large products using heavy-capacity forklifts. This position works primarily outdoors and plays a key role in shipping, yard organization, and daily operations. Responsibilities:

• Operate large-capacity forklifts to transport, store, and load products
• Load and unload trailers, trucks, and materials safely and accurately
• Organize yard inventory and assist with product tracking
• Inspect products for damage and maintain a clean, safe work area
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and shipping instructions
• Communicate with drivers, production teams, and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of forklift, yard, or material-handling experience
• Experience operating large-capacity forklifts preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety, organization, and teamwork
• Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and load securement preferred
