We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Warehouse Operations team as a Marketplace E-commerce Pick, Pack, Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and efficient order processing for our online marketplaces, contributing to a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

* Key Responsibilities:

**** Order Picking:
*** Accurately pick products from designated locations within the warehouse based on order requirements.
* Utilize order picking technologies and equipment to optimize efficiency.
** Packing and Quality Control:
*** Carefully and efficiently pack orders according to established guidelines and standards.
* Perform quality checks to ensure all items are in proper condition and meet customer expectations.
** Fulfillment Operations:
*** Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
* Assist in organizing and maintaining an orderly and efficient warehouse space.
** Inventory Management:
*** Work closely with the inventory team to track and report inventory levels.
* Communicate any discrepancies or issues related to inventory to the appropriate personnel.
** Shipping and Documentation:
*** Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and packaging materials for outgoing orders.
* Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.
** Safety and Compliance:
*** Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
* Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
** Communication:
*** Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status, inventory levels, and any potential issues.

* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or pick and pack role is preferred.
* Ability to lift and move packages of various sizes, up to a specified weight limit.
* Familiarity with warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
