We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our warehouse operations team as a Warehouse Support Associate – Shipping & Loading
. In this role, you'll help ensure pharmaceutical products are accurately prepared, loaded, and shipped to customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll DoAs a Warehouse Support Associate, you will:
- Accurately pick, pack, stage, load, and ship customer orders.
- Safely receive, move, stock, and organize pharmaceutical products throughout the warehouse.
- Load outbound trailers efficiently while ensuring product integrity and shipment accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Use RF scanners, warehouse technology, and inventory management systems to complete daily tasks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse productivity goals.
- Follow all FDA, DEA, DSCSA, OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies and procedures.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily shipping deadlines and operational goals.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution, or inventory experience preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of forklift operating experience or current forklift certification required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse technology preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Dependable attendance and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 50 pounds
. - Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
