Employees must possess the ability to walk/stand for long periods of time, lift 40 lbs., and carry, push, and pull product of heavier weights with the use of proper equipment.

In order to remain competitive and meet customer demands in our business, it is essential to cross train our warehouse employees. There are times when the workload will not be balanced and require less help in one area and additional help in another. Having a well-balanced workforce is essential for productivity, flexibility, and revenue. Overtime will be scheduled and mandatory for employees as needed to meet customer demands.

• Assist Supervisors and Leaders in locating inventory needed for packing
• Perform Cycle Counts when required
• Maintain and Update Inventory Locations for the LCS system as directed by the Inventory Analyst
• Print Bar Code Labels for Locations as needed
• Consolidate Inventory to create additional storage space
• Move small quantities of closeouts from racks and bulk areas and locate into plastic storage bins thus creating space and keeping like SKU’s together
• Perform Inventory related projects for Inventory Analyst, Distribution Manager, and Senior Vice President of Operations
• Have a working knowledge of inventory reports and input information as needed;
  Excel and Microsoft Knowledge required
• Print IB Reports each morning for Forklift drivers
• Maintain Forklift Accountability Reports – Input information on Forklift Stock Movement with regards to Accuracy and Quantity of pallets moved
• Assist With Planning Reports for the Inventory Analyst
• Correct Negatives on the Inventory Report Daily
• Advise Receiving on Questionable Pallet Counts for the number of cartons on a pallet
• Help prepare truck Bill of Lading and scheduling
• Help maintain 3PL Logistics and work with Distribution Manager on reporting and special projects
