We are seeking a new member to add to our Warehouse team. Our 500,000-square‑foot newly renovated warehouse is located in Marion, South Carolina. Are you ready to be a part of something amazing?

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Picker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. This role is responsible for selecting and preparing products for shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the fulfillment process.

• Accurately pick products based on customer orders using scanners and handheld devices.
• Verify picked items for quality, quantity, and damage before shipment.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and walkie riders (where certified and applicable).
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.

This is a physically demanding warehouse position involving furniture and large boxed products. Candidates should be comfortable performing the following essential job functions:

• Lift, move, push, or pull products weighing up to 150 pounds with assistance and/or equipment when necessary.
• Frequently and repetitively lift products weighing 50 pounds or more throughout the workday.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive physical movements for extended periods of time.
• Work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment while meeting productivity and safety expectations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, distribution center, or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
