We are looking for a detail‑oriented, proactive, and organized Hardware & Blinds Associate to join our growing team! This hands‑on role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things in order, and taking pride in getting the job done right.

• Organize, label, and maintain hardware inventory and stock areas.
• Pull, box, and label hardware orders with precision and accuracy.
• Review picking tickets for discrepancies and work to resolve them.
• Key locks as needed and document key numbers for job tracking.
• Assist with periodic cycle counts and year‑end inventory processes.
• Provide support for blind production tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

• A natural problem solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using tablets and smartphones for order tracking and communication.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks with ease.
• Safety‑conscious with a strong work ethic and a team‑first mindset.

• Locksmith experience preferred.
• Material or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable performing repetitive motions like keying locks and assembling parts.
• Reliable transportation and employment eligibility.

• Full‑time, Year‑Round Hours.
