Pay: $16.25 to start (Increase to $17.00/hr after 30 days and internal certification passed)
Schedule:
M-F 1st Shift Hours

We are looking for dependable Warehouse Team Associates II to join our team and play a key role in keeping products moving efficiently throughout our operation.

What You'll DoAs a Warehouse Team Associate II, you will be responsible for operating powered industrial equipment and supporting daily warehouse operations. Your work will help ensure materials and products are received, stored, picked, staged, and shipped accurately and on time.
Receiving and Material Handling- Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to unload incoming shipments
- Verify incoming materials for accuracy and quality
- Move and replenish inventory within designated warehouse locations
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving areas
- Use handheld scanners and pick lists to locate and retrieve products
- Operate forklifts and stock picking equipment to stage orders
- Wrap, band, label, and prepare pallets for shipment
- Ensure orders are shipped accurately and on schedule
- Perform visual inspections of incoming and outgoing products
- Verify quantities, packaging, and labeling accuracy
- Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or quality concerns
- Assist with inventory counts, audits, and warehouse accuracy initiatives
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete daily equipment inspections and safety checklists
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance concerns
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Participate in warehouse organization and continuous improvement efforts
- Support inventory management activities
- Cross train in multiple warehouse functions
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid forklift or Powered Industrial Equipment certification required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Experience using warehouse management systems such as Net Suite or RF Smart is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to read work instructions, pick lists, and warehouse documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and math skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
