Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory accuracy and operational efficiency within our distribution center. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in inventory management, cycle counting, and bay audits, with a strong ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product availability, warehouse organization, and overall supply chain performance.
Pay: $19-$20/hr.
Shift: 7am-330pm

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Conduct routine bay audits to verify product locations and identify discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances through research and root-cause analysis.
- Monitor inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
- Ensure inventory records are accurately maintained within the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, receiving, and shipping teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Verify proper product labeling, storage, and location assignments.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and year-end inventory audits.
- Generate and maintain inventory reports for management review.
- Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures.
- Previous inventory control, inventory management, or warehouse inventory experience required.
- Experience performing cycle counts and bay audits required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory software.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry.
