Shipping Clerk 1st Shift

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our client’s team in Liberty, SC. Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this position.

• Coordinate outbound shipments of finished goods and parts orders.
• Pull, pack, and prepare inventory based on customer orders.
• Schedule pickups with LTL carriers.
• Process shipments through ground carriers.
• Load shipments onto trucks safely and efficiently.
• Ensure orders are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Verify the accuracy and quality of customer orders before shipment.
• Complete and maintain shipping records and required documentation.
• Communicate with the Sales team regarding order updates and changes.
• Work with management and vendors to resolve shipping delays or issues.
• Identify and report warehouse equipment problems.
• Assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and training requirements.
• Help maintain a safe workplace by identifying and reporting potential hazards.
• Use warehouse tools and equipment safely and maintain equipment properly.
• Immediately report workplace injuries or illnesses to management and Human Resources.
• Attend all required safety meetings and training sessions.
• Comply with all company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Support the company's goals, mission, and core values.
• Meet departmental and individual performance objectives.

• 1 or more years Forklift experience and warehouse shipping, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
• Knowledge of LTL and ground shipping processes.
• Experience pulling, packing, and loading customer orders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to maintain accurate shipping documentation.
• Basic computer skills and experience with shipping systems are a plus.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

1st Shift 7am to 5:30pm

$18.00-$20.00 per hour DOE
