As directed, performs a variety of warehousing duties which require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan. Work involves most of the following:
Verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages; routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods; rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials; examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage; removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment.

• Supports Goodwill’s mission, and implements Goodwill’s core values of commitment, learning, innovation, integrity, respect and teamwork.
• Maintains familiarity with and perform functions of position in assigned operational area in accordance with the current Contract and Task Order Performance Work Statements, Operational areas include:
  Shipping, Receiving, Disposal, Warehousing, Minor Property, and Consumables.
• Provides outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
• May be required to operate forklifts.
• Stows hazardous and flammable material per NAVSUP PUB 505 and CFR 49 PART 100 through 180.
• Adheres to all recycling procedures.
• Responsible for general housekeeping of assigned areas
