Beginning Teacher Mentor
for WCPC â€“ Kindergarten

CONTRACT:

Extra-Curricular (for the remainder of the School year)

QUALIFICATIONS:

An experienced teacher within the same content area and in the same school where the beginning teacher is assigned (whenever possible) and who shall serve as a mentor (upon employment) for the beginning teacher.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee orientation program for beginning teacher.

Observe the beginning teacher as directed.

Hold meetings, as directed, between the mentor and beginning teacher.

Participate in the Beginning Teacher Mentor online activities as directed.

Submit required reports to the Principal.

Building Principal, Building Assistant Principal

SALARY: $800
