What you'll be doing
  • Lead production and maintenance planning across rotary kiln operations to maximise reliability, efficiency and plant performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime, optimise production and improve asset reliability
  • Manage capital improvement projects, maintenance strategies and equipment performance across the operation
  • Develop site teams while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and operational excellence
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years' experience with rotary kiln operations
  • Strong background in preventative maintenance, reliability engineering and continuous improvement
  • Proven project management and leadership experience within mining, minerals, cement, pulp and paper, or similar heavy process industries
