This anesthesia position provides anesthetic care for patients in coordination with the supervising physician and hospital policies. The CRNA administers anesthesia to ensure patient insensitivity to pain during surgery and procedures, while continuously monitoring and responding to patient status.
Key responsibilities include airway management, pre-anesthetic evaluation, intraoperative anesthesia delivery, and post-anesthesia care with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork within the OR.
