Nordstrom’s Automotive is a family-owned auto recycling facility seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. This position is 40 hours per week and offers a great work environment with excellent benefits.
What You Will DoPerform accounts receivable functions
Reconcile payment receipts
File sales tax reports
Perform accounts payable functions
Monitor and manage customer accounts
Assist customers with account-related questions
Verify inventory files
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Ability to stay focused with frequent interruptions
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and sensitive information
