Prepare and review a range of tax returns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
Research tax issues and stay current on changing laws to support client work and planning strategies.
Communicate with clients to gather information, address questions, and provide clear, professional guidance.
Maintain organized documentation and ensure all work meets firm standards and expectations.
Collaborate with team members across engagements while contributing to efficient workflows and high-quality deliverables.
Pursue ongoing learning and development to strengthen technical expertise and stay aligned with industry trends.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, business, or a related field. A master's degree in public accounting is a plus.
CPA certification or progress toward obtaining a CPA is highly desirable.
1 to 3 years of experience in public accounting or a related field, with a focus on tax services.
Highly proficient in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). Familiarity with accounting software is required, and experience with Ultra Tax is preferred.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
Adaptability and a commitment to flexibility in a constantly changing professional environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide precise and impactful feedback to clients and team members.
