Controller, Accounting, Financial Reporting

Job Role s and Responsibilities

Manage all financial and accounting operations.

Oversee general ledger maintenance and financial reporting.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.

Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.

Monitor cash flow and financial performance.

Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.

Support payroll accuracy and related accounting functions.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Maintain and improve internal controls and financial processes.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Prepare management reports and financial analysis for leadership.

Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with department leaders to support business objectives.

Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA or CMA certification preferred but not required.

Experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar senior accounting position.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and general ledger accounting.

Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.

Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.

Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and audit procedures.

Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
