Volunteer Services Hospital Volunteer
Reports to Community Outreach/PR Director. We are looking for motivated individuals with a positive attitude to help in our volunteer department for the hospital and foundation.
Requirements- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Background check is required
- Must be able to work a minimum of 1 four‑hour shift per week
- Dependability and reliability
- Professional communication skills
- Organizational skills
- HIPAA compliance, maintaining confidentiality
- Adhere to policies and procedures to promote hospital mission and vision
- Engaging with visitors, patients, and staff for support
- Directing and assisting guests to correct department locations
- Clerical assistance answering phones, paperwork processing, and filing documents
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Assisting maintenance department
