English–French Receptionist (M/F)

As part of the Onet Accueil branch in Bron, you will be working at the site of our internationally renowned client. In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

• Physical reception of visitors and employees on site
• Telephone reception
• Badge management (creation and issuance of badges)
• Make an appointment
• Mailing English/French
• Mail and Package Management (Processing Incoming and Outgoing Mail)
• Various administrative tasks
• Meeting room management
• Fleet management/parking
• Inventory management (office supplies, badges, handrails)

Hours:

Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Alternating shifts: morning and afternoon shifts

Your assets

You are rigorous and have a proven sense of service. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you. You have at least a B2 level of English (writing, reading, speaking) and are proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software (Word, Excel, etc.). Experience as a receptionist would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
